Property looks well maintained. Our fridge did not work. Our AC did not work, took until day three to resolve, so our room was very stuffy at night. Hot tub was only warm. Most critically, someone broke into our room while we were sleeping! Stole purse and money. Had to freeze all credit cards (very inconvenient when traveling). Filed a police report. The security of the property needs to be fortified!

The caroet in the hall from the lobby, and into iur room 220 was dirty. The bed was hard as a rock. The privacy curtain between the bedroom and bedroom was as torn. The shower was full of mold. The views, location and breakfast were fantastic. The dining staff during breakfast were not friendly like other places we stayed. Photos taken.

High quality hotel, right on the edge of Ponta da Piedade broad walk. Would have been a 5-star review but for the pet policy. Our waterfront view room was lovely, easily big enough for the king sized bed. Good bathroom with separate bath and shower (bath separated from bedroom with a glass window and blind for privacy or exhibition). Large patio has ample space for two sun chairs, small table and two chairs. The resort advertises itself as pet friendly, but the hotel is not. You effectively cannot bring your dog into the hotel itself, pool areas, outdoor dining areas, etc. You can have your pet in one of their town houses and exercise them on the resort streets and open spaces but not within the hotel proper. Because our dog was unsettled with all the travel, we couldn't leave him alone, which prevented us from using any of the resort's amenitites which was very frustrating for a "pet-friendly" resort. Breakfast was very good (went solo), room service came as ordered (medium rare and hot)

Inital room was very dark due to covered outside space. We moved after 1 night as had ants. 2nd room was much better. All the dtaff were great especially in the bars and restsurant. Would recommend the Senses restaurant. The pools are a bit cold and was dusappointing that the beach pool bar was closed our entire stay.

Very clean, housekeeping is good. Some of the in room fixtures could be updated or replaced (leaky dishwasher, old caulking). Our first room had a bunch of wall damage from a leak so we had to request a room change and they were quick to facilitate it. Good service.

The place is just meh. It’s not a 5 star hotel by any means. Everything is just ok. The location and views are incredible so if that’s what you’re looking for you’ll be fine. It’s not a bad hotel, but it’s not great either.

We loved how safe it was and how everything was so conveniently around. The staff are amazing. Very quiet, family orientated environment. Many options great location five minutes away from the beach then you have the trails then you have the shopping in the city. Everything was very convenient. Great great great location.
