I checked in online and I was told I would breeze through and get my keys. When I arrived I had to hand over my credit card, license, car info, sign documentation, etc. it was a waste of my time. The hotel hallway carpets are dirty, cleaning supplies were left in my room, the elevator sounds like it’s broken

Didnt stay, made a mistake in reservation. Wrong location we wanted Layette, louisiana instead. When we realized the mistake we called to cancel and they said we would be refunded 5-7days. They refused have no refund. We spoke to you and hotel , no help . We will never book with them and you again.

Room and deposit was charged twice on card as soon as we checked in, told them immediately and they told me nothing could be done… I had 90$ room for 2 nights and yet I had $615 held hostage on my card for 4 days. Bull crap! Their vending machine also ate money and front desk said they had no cash to give back. WTH!? Also some kind of little bugs in bed. Stay away!

The room has a mini fridge, didn’t work but they have one. There’s water leaks of some kind in the hallway on the second floor. Above the window in the room has had a water leak and has a hole in the ceiling area above the window. Other than that it’s not too bad.

Rooms were clean and spacious. It was a comfortable stay. I asked the front desk staff when checking in if i could extend our check out time by one hour. She just said "no", no explanation, no reason given. I understand if they are completely booked but she didn't explain anything and her friendliness, professionalism and hospitality were lacking. Breakfast also didn't start until 7am and we were leaving at 645 to do a local race. With that being said, it still was a comfortable stay and rooms were clean..which is probably the most important thing.

I was impressed with the bed. My back did not hurt when I got up the next morning. It was bug free. The night receptionist was nice. The price was good. It was convenient along our route. I would for sure stay again.

This hotel was booked for a one night stop on the way to our destination. It was okay. The staff wasn’t pleasant but not mean you got a basic breakfast. The elevator was a little sketchy along with the smell and the pop in the vending machine was flat. Beds were bug free and comfortable though!

The stay that we had at Baymont was fine, but we were double charged for the room and the incidental fee. We spoke with someone at the front desk who assured me it was an error and would be refunded. However, the charge went through three days later and I had to contact my bank. The hotel is nice but not worth the hassle when being overcharged!
