Not worth the money
I can't believe this hotel has such great reviews. This is only the second negative review I have ever left but this hotel cost $150. The volume did not work on the TV control. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. The phone did not work so I couldn't call them and tell them I had to walk down there and the last straw was the German roaches crawling around on the night table

The outside looks better than the inside!
This place is gorgeous and well positioned to Spanish Springs. But the beds are not very comfortable and there were maintenance problems. Our sink was very plugged up and there were ants in the bathroom.

Great spot! Close to the Square and lots of dining/entertainment options. We stayed one night and everything was clean and fresh. Perfect location and priced reasonably. We parked and didn’t drive again until we went home. Everything was within a mile. The band at the Square was top notch Saturday the 26th.

The property is old. The furnishings are dingy. There was blood on one of the pillows. I killed two bugs on the floor and there was a big daddy long legs spider in the corner. I would not stay there again.

Our stay was ok. I expected better with the Best Western and The Villages names attached to it. Front desk clerk during 1st shift on day of check in was rude, there were dead bugs all over the door to our room, cheese puffs in the dresser drawer, the carpet hasn’t been cleaned the children’s feet were black from it, the orange juice at breakfast was spoiled and while back and forth from the car to our room getting ready to leave, we were gagged by cigarette smoke.

Disgusting
The hotel was dirty apparently they did not have maintenance the sidewalks were disgusting stains and debris bug webs all around the doors trash cans overflowing staff wasn't nice the beds were horrible they were flat and very comfortable and what I can't believe is that they didn't even have a generator for their guests never again will I stay at a Best Western hotel!!!!!! Our stay was during Hurricane Milton 10/8-10/9 2024
