Our guest's health and safety is very important to us so we make sure to sanitize all surfaces and all linens/towels are washed after each guest checks out.

PETS
There is a $50 pet fee for small dogs up to 30 pounds and $100 per dog if they are over 30 lbs. Keep in mind that the community does not allow dogs in public areas (lake, pools, etc.) except the dog park. Dogs MUST be leashed at all times when walking outside.
