Its living room is composed of a sofa bed and a flat screen television. Its open kitchen is equipped with a 4 hob cooker and electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, each with 1 x 140cm bed, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet.

You can enjoy your part of the balcony as well as the large garden surrounding the house, with terrace furniture and a charcoal barbecue.

Appartement agréable à vivre, mais en sachant s'adapter aux contraintes du loueur et des lieux
Les conditions générales de CA Square Habitat ne peuvent contrevenir aux CG d'ABRITEL notamment concernant la caution ménage de 120 € qui a été demandé en supplément de ce qui avait été convenu avec ABRITEL, sachant qu'à notre arrivée l'état de propreté de l'appartement était dans un état médiocre et sans qu'un état des lieux contradictoire puisse être fait entre le parties. Nous avons donc passé 2H00 à à notre arrivée pour nettoyer l'appartement et le rendre propre à sa destination. Nous avons laissé l'appartement plus propre qu'à notre arrivée, nous espérons donc recouvrer nos 120 € de caution pour le ménage. En ce qui concerne l'appartement ce dernier est bien aménagé, bien configuré, bien situé, néanmoins il y a un très gros problème d'affaiblissement acoustique entre les 4 appartements du pavillon puisque nous entendions les conversations de nos voisins ainsi que les faits et gestes (notamment aux WC) ce qui est gênant dans certains cas. En dehors des points évoqués ci-dessus l'appartement pourrait être agréable à vivre.
