We were greeted by very nice staff.
The hotel was dirty .
Bathroom floor after wiping with tissue was disgusting.
There is a broken cutting board screwed to the kitchen counter.
It is split and has black grunge all around the edges and the split part has mould inside.
There is no dish soap or tea towels or wash cloths to do dishes.
Charge is 1.00 per towel if you want a change after 1 week!
Seriously!
The beds were all round the hardest and most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in.
We would never return !
We left 2 days early .
Wish we never went there.

Lovely!
Great place! Friendly and helpful! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We stayed here for two nights toward the end of a two week trip to Italy. The room was clean and our two-room suite gave us plenty of room. The restaurant was excellent! We had some of the best food here on our trip. The beach was very clean and comfortable. On a Monday the hotel restaurant was closed (very common) but the recommended trattoria just down the street was great. It was not a luxury hotel, but was very good and affordable.
I loved this town and my view was wonderful. The season did not allow the pool to be open yet but I can tell that when it is the season it is spectacular. The location is away from the ancient village which is nice for quiet and no crowds. The restaurant is really great too which is where the included breakfast is.
Nice comfortable apartment/ double room short walk
Great apartment short walk into town along promenade. Really comfortable all conveniences It was lovely and quiet after tourist s at 5 cinque Terre . My only complaint was the bed it was uncomfortable everything else no 1

Disappointing
About the only thing that matched the property description was the view. There was no onsite presence other than at checkin and checkout times and no tourist info such as a town map. Since the apartment was a good half hour walk to the town centre it would have been useful to have information about the bus. The hotplates in the kitchen did not work and there was no kettle. The airconditioning was not effective and the wifi flakey. The bed was hard and uncomfortable The restaurant was only open at minimal times. We went for dinner one night, were seated in an empty restaurant and after a wait of about 10 minutes were given a hand written menu on a scrap of paper listing half a dozen fish dishes. The bar was not open at all and the pool was empty. Obviously our visit in April was out of season, but we feel we should have been informed of this. But the biggest problem was simply the lack of anyone on site to give assist and no way to contact anyone.
Great place to stay, nice 15min stroll around the water from the town Centre, great pool and small beach. Great breakfast. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. I couldn't fault it.
Very accommodating staff and delicious restaurant!
Every single person I talked to in this hotel and the restaurant was just so friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful and really took time to answer any questions I had since this was my first time in Italy. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The view outside of the hotel is amazing, the people were so friendly, and the food at their restaurant is so delicious - you must eat there.
There is no one on the front desk at night for any help you need (like internet access or drinks or anything). The room was too small (we hit the bed corners many times). We would go for breakfast and was hard to find the restaurant and no one in the front desk to ask to at 8:00 am. Location was good and also the ocean view and the pool. I suggest to improve the service level
I booked a room with 3 beds to receive a room with a couple and a queen that was for start. We arrived today find our key in an envelope with the front desk person with little to no help, I did specify a late arrive, which we arrived early evening, 5 or 6 p. m. Windows were small and at the height of the ceiling. The rooms featured on you went were not the room we received, actually they on have 3 rooms to rent all others are suite and that is what we were shown on the Web and expecting. The pool is not the hotels it is a public pool so it was so crowded hard to get a chair. Not to mention out door weddings 2 of the 4 nights which were outside out door. This was not what I was expecting it felt very miss lead.

hotel complex rightly sells itself on its location. Superb views from our balcony room. The rest was average but pleasant enough. Basic seaside accommodation, but pricey. We arrived at height of Ferragosto holiday weekend so probably paid a premium. staff were welcoming even tho they were clearly very busy. Peaceful and relaxing evening once the day trippers had left. Cinque Terre drive the following day was breathtaking. The area is as beautiful as the brochures make out
