Comfortable with friendly staff
Great location, right next to the Museo Etnografica and not a far walk at all from San Francisco Square. I arrived 1 hour before check in time but they let me check in early. Showers were warm/hot though there was only one temperature and it was a little cramped. Some parts of the bathroom were a bit dingy but mostly quite clean! I booked a 3 bed dorm but they put me in a dorm with 2 beds, and I happened to be the only guest that night. Staff was friendly and helpful, and when I was waiting for BoilviaHop for 15 min in the lobby, they offered to call them (but then BoilviaHop showed up).

The Hostel had extremely hard beds, cold rooms and no secure locket inside the room. They had messed up our booking and later overcharged us.
