The recently completely renovated accommodation is ideal for 2 to 4 people.
On the ground floor, there is the living room equipped with a large 126cm (55") TV, a convertible sofa from the EMMA brand, a coffee table reversible into a high table as well as 4 chairs, a washing machine (linen) drying as well as an open equipped kitchen (Microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, kitchen utensils, cutlery and dishes). The kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher, nor of oven.
Also on the ground floor you will find a bathroom equipped with a 70x70 shower, an English toilet and a sink.
The house has an outdoor space with a garden table and 6 chairs and a barbecue and all its utensils. A small pond is adjacent to the accommodation.

The accommodation has 4 single beds: 2 single beds upstairs and a very comfortable convertible sofa bed from the EMMA brand in the living room. It is possible to convert the sofa into 2 single beds (2 beds of 80x200) or into 1 double bed of 160x200.
Bed sheets, bath mats and tea towels are included in the reservation.
Bath towels are optional.

ARRIVAL :
Check in: 4:00 p.m.
We make every effort to ensure that the accommodation booked is available as soon as possible and no later than 4:00 p.m.
Any early arrivals are not authorized unless expressly agreed by VILLAS FERIAUD.
You will be able to access the accommodation independently by collecting the keys in a secure key box. The key box is located at the access gate to the accommodation.
The accommodation is located at the end of a small courtyard.

DEPARTURE :
Check out: 12:00 p.m.
We ask that you return the accommodation in the same condition as you left it.
Before you leave, thank you:
- Remove used bed sheets, bath mat and tea towels and put them in the laundry bag available in the accommodation
- Clean used dishes and utensils
- Clean the barbecue and its utensils and put them back on the barbecue
- Turn off all the lights in the home
- Close and lock the door and gate of the accommodation
- Return the keys to the secure key box.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each reservation, a security deposit of €500 is required from the tenant by bank transfer (the amount is not debited and does not affect the bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
This sum will be released after your departure, unless you deduct the amount of a ‘cleaning supplement’, any damage caused or any breach of the house rules.

HOUSEHOLD LINENS:
Bed sheets are provided.
The two single beds upstairs will be made up before your arrival.
The duvets, pillows and bed sheets for the convertible sofa are in storage boxes which are stored upstairs in the recess. You have the option of converting the sofa into two single beds of 80x200 or a double bed of 160x200. Both configurations have their own sets of sheets.

OCCUPANCY OF HOUSING
Partying is prohibited in this accommodation. This duplex is located in a quiet and peaceful area. We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
No illegal activity is tolerated.

Small but Delightful
We traveled as two adults with a dog. The holiday apartment is small, but sufficient for at least three people with a dog. The accommodation was clean and everything looked new. There were all sorts of materials for cleaning. The cordoned off area was particularly nice for us. A terrace with plenty of seating invites you to sit together in the evening. You can easily go for a walk with your dog in the surrounding fields. It took us twenty minutes to get to Disneyland Park.
