The villa is spacious, well equipped and very clean. It is in a quiet location with a lovey garden but close to amenities. We enjoyed the two weeks there and Marta was a brilliant host. She always answered and sorted any queries promptly and it was a pleasure to meet her during the stay. We highly recommend the villa.

Authentic Tenerife

A unique property in a beautiful location close to amenities. The casita (bedroom/2nd bathroom) is in an elevated position and is the best place to enjoy the view and morning sunshine. If your party consists of 4adults would definitely recommend renting this unit.

Lovely stay

Marta was a great host nothing was too much trouble. Not the easiest to find in the darkness but we got there! Perfect for two adults and children. We had all we needed.

A wonderful respite in La Guancha!

We wanted a quiet, safe, and relaxing visit to the Canary Islands, and that is exactly what we got. So wonderful, Marta and her husband were so helpful and kind. The villa is in a private location with stunning views, yet close enough to the markets, beaches and hiking. We will definitely return, and highly recommend this location! Thank you, Marta!!

Pasamos aquí parte de nuestra luna de miel y no podíamos haber escogido mejor, la casa es preciosa, con jardín y piscina privada, vistas al mar y equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Esta ubicada en la que es para mí la mejor y más bonita zona de la isla a 15 y 20 min de la Orotava y de Puerto de la Cruz. La comunicación con la dueña fue súper buena y fluida en todo momento. La recomiendo 100%, no te vas a arrepentir de escogerla para tus vacaciones.

Fantastic break!

This delightful property gave us the perfect place to relax and unwind. It's stylish decor, verdant garden and well equipped kitchen were just great. The drive is a little precipitous but we soon got used to this in our little hideaway. Marta the owner was simply delightful and so, so helpful; nothing was too much trouble and she was full of ideas for trips out.

Fabulous villa and host

We stayed at the villa in January 2020. The location is close to local amenities and the coast but it is very secluded and has fantastic views. The villa and gardens are beautiful and very well cared for - the pictures are lovely but it was better than we anticipated. Marta the owner was also lovely, incredibly thoughtful in terms of what her guests need and great in her communication, both in advance of our stay and while we were there. We would absolutely recommend it and hope to return.

Fabulous!

We couldn't have chosen a more perfect villa for our first visit to Tenerife. The location is wonderfully peaceful but so easy to get around the island if you can drag yourself away from this idyllic oasis! Marta was the perfect host, giving us many helpful tips and recommendations to explore. The villa was light and tastefully decorated - and everything worked perfectly! We loved enjoying meals and a drink or two on the terraces taking in the views. Thank you Marta for a wonderful stay x

Perfect Villa, perfect location, perfect owner!

My husband and I stayed in this Villa for 6 nights for our honeymoon. We have nothing but praise! The Villa itself is lovely and clean, nicely decorated, with everything you could need for your stay. The pool is brilliant, a nice size for a cooling dip. The location is very secluded! Only a couple of other houses can look onto you. You will definitely need a car if you're staying here, the hills are a killer! But there is lots to do just a short drive away. Marta met us at the Villa, and she was fantastic. She gave us lots of tips about the Island, where was good for food, where to shop, days out etc! Nothing was too much for her, she was amazing! Overall we cannot say anything bad about our stay in this Villa. If you need a relaxing break away from city life, this is perfect!

Perfect villa and nice garden

We liked very much Marta's warm welcome and the stay in the house. The Garden is gorgeous and the views are perfect. Unfortunately the weather in June was more like November in London. But travelling around the island is easy with a rented car which you need anyway to get to the house.

Nice, peaceful and modernised ‘country cottage’ with a great view

This is a small cottage (2 beds, 1 bath) plus an extra cottage if you need it, decorated stylishly and well equipped; a good bed and a decent shower. We were looking for a peaceful, quiet place, in the country and that is what it was, you will sleep well. We loved watching the lizards in the garden and visiting historic Icod and La Orotava close by. We didn’t use the dipping pool. The only English TV is Sky News (lots of German). Wifi was fine as an optional extra. If you follow Marta’s instructions to the letter, you will find it OK, it’s not very out of the way. The steep concrete drive was fine, not dangerous. I don’t like heights and I was fine with it and with the local driving, but I didn’t head too high in the hills where it can get a bit hairy. We had a lovely time and especially liked the owner. The neighbours cat wants to be stroked but not picked up! A pretty little place, lovely and quiet in a busy island, but close to a seaside village with good bars and restaurants. A woman’s touch.

Lovely views and tastefully designed comfort

We had a lovely stay in the small restored cottage. Most mornings we were greeted with sparkling sunshine over the sea view. The house itself is very comfortable and the surroundings are plush and relaxing. The house is clean and very comfortable. I enjoy cooking and especially enjoyed the plentiful fresh vegetables from the local weekend market. It's a good location for exploring the rest of the island although you do need a car that copes with steep inclines. Marta is extremely helpful and gracious. She sent excellent directions and did some basic shopping for us since we were arriving late. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this property.

Charming rural retreat

The property is easy to find if you follow Marta's excellent directions,the drive down to the house is a little daunting at first,but soon got used to it.The house it's self is lovely,so private set in lush grounds with a small pool.Good views from the front of the property. The house is equipped with everything needed to be able to self cater including a washing machine. It was certainly one of the nicest rentals that we have stayed in and the owner was very attentive to.

Amazing house, amazing views, amazing gardens.

I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a stay full of peace and quietness away from the masses. There is so much to discover at Tenerife, never the less you should take the time off and enjoy the setting of the house. Wunderschönes kleines ParadiesDie Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft schön und ruhig mit wunderbarer Aussicht.Ein Auto ist hier ein Muss. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, um die Ferien zu geniessen. Schöne Urlaubsoase

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön zwischen Palmen und Meerblick. Man hat absolute Ruhe. Auto ist Voraussetzung. Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet und sogar mehr als üblich. Von Badeartikel bis Küchenutensilien. Genau richtig zur Erholung

Wir waren zu dritt auf dieser idyllisch gelegenen Finca. Ein Auto sollte man schon dabei haben. Die ruhige Lage sorgt eben auch dafür, dass man zu Fuss doch weiter laufen muss. Die Vermieterin ist eine echte Seele und sehr bemüht zu helfen, wo sie kann. Wir können die Finca für Erwachsene uneingschränkt empfehlen. Für Kinder könnte es aber schnell langweilig werden, sofern diese noch sehr jung sind. Die wunderschöne Gartenanlage hat uns begeistert. Auch die Möglichkeit zwischen großer und kleiner Terrasse zu wählen hat uns gefallen. Das dritte Zimmer liegt abgetrennt vom Haupthaus auf einem Hügel, mit eigenem Bad. Man hört die Brandung und hat einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer.Ein paar Spiele und Poolspielzeug sind vor Ort. Der letzte Stern zur Sauberkeit wurde nur nicht vergeben, weil durch die vielen Palmen und Pflanzen im Terrassenbereich auch Blätter und Früchte auf der Terrasse landeten. Hat uns nicht so sehr gestört. Wir haben da mal den Besen geschwungen und gut war. Auf dem Gelände läuft die Katze des Nachbarn regelmäßig Wache. Wir haben sie geliebt. Wer Katzen nicht so mag, kann sie ja wegschicken. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
