This is the second time that have stayed at this Resort. It was fabulous for both stays. The staff are absolutely lovely and accommodating. The food is delicious. The property is tucked into the rainforest and so beautiful, but it is hilly. The views from the rooms are spectacular!!

We enjoyed our stay, It was our first time in Costa Rica. There were a few problems. The hiking trail was not open. Lighting in the rooms was poor. We did not always have hot water. There was not enough seating in the rooms for 3-4 people. What made this property stand out was the staff. They are excellent.

Service is awesome, the people are so nice. The Arenal volcano views are spectacular and fell in love right the lush rainforest from patio. Didn’t get a chance to experience SPA. The gift shop view is also awesome.

Our room had an amazing view of Arenal and was very large and comfortable for our family of 4. The warm pool and swim up bar was awesome. The hotel is a bit far from town, so be prepared to drive into town in the evenings for dinner.
