We got a big room but the water in the toilet didn't go down. The man at the reception came to order. But still the problem continued. The roof rattled from the rain. And the manager of the place was not ready to move us to a room. Only after we trained that we would stop the payment did he agree to transfer us. The breakfast is good and the service is very nice. The location is excellent

Loved our stay! The hotel was super helpful on setting up activities for us! We were a group of 16 and they took great care of us. The local town is super close and walkable!

We had a lovely stay! Our room was clean and spacious, each room had a small sitting area outside, volcano views and lovely landscaping. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. It's far enough out of the center of things that it is quiet at night, but close enough you can walk into town. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

The hotel is very nice. It has an office, breakfast area, pool and 20 or so rooms. Rooms are spacious. The location is nice, away from the street noise. The breakfast is good. Be prepared for insects entering rooms! We had a very nice view of the volcano from the walkway. We had no hot water one of the days but the problem was fixed once we made the front desk aware. Overall, our stay was fine. I would recommend this hotel for a simple and quiet stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Near all restaurants and shopping. But, far enough from the night noise. The hotel is very basic but nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel in a secluded area of La Fortuna. Very nice rooms and facilities. Easy parking. Delicious breakfast. Pool was clean and spacious. Highly recommend it.

C'est un bon rapport qualité-prix, un peu loin du centre mais la contrepartie est le calme. Seul inconvénient : pas de coffre-fort dans les chambres. Les réceptionnistes parlent l'anglais et sont sympa.
