The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 90 m² house with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers, for rent in La Bourboule. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. You'll also enjoy a private garden of around 150 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels are included, so we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises :
Ground floor :
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and TV
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a single bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
Garden level:
- A 25 m² kitchen/dining room.
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC with bathroom sink.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 150 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather facing the Charlannes mountain.
The house is ideally located in La Bourboule, in very pleasant surroundings:
- Close to the town centre and the hiking trail leading to the Roche des Fées (a magnificent promontory overlooking La Bourboule just a stone's throw away).
Near all the essential shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants, markets (organic market on Tuesday mornings, market on Saturday mornings, flea markets -see calendar-, ...).
