Absolutely awesome accommodation right opposite the train station!!! Loved the room and window view. Room was cleaned every day! Great lounge area too. Very satisfied!!

Very clean. Super close to the Nijo station so transiting around was effortless. Lovely shops and restaurants around with everything you need (convenience stores, restaurants, grocery stores etc.) Definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. Super big rooms and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again for my next trip. Love this hotel !!!

Siamo stati bene!!
Siamo stati davvero bene in questo hotel. Pulizia impeccabile ma sopratutto stanza grande, comoda e letto e cuscini davvero super! Il bagno aveva una doccia bella grande e considerato gli standard del Giappone non posso che apprezzare. Nell’hotel è presente un onsen pubblico che non ho utilizzato, ho invece fatto uso della palestra, che è molto piccola, ma comunque sufficiente considerando che nella maggior parte del tempo si fa altro. È ancora disponibile una macchina per bere caffè gratuita per tutto il giorno, e c’è anche un tavolo da Ping pong, che ho utilizzato una sera ed è stato molto divertente. Le uniche pecche riguardano il servizio, un po’ manchevole, per il chek in e out ci sono delle macchine elettroniche ed in generale non sembra esserci un’aria accogliente come quella che ho riscontrato invece in generale in Giappone. La colazione poi, non è sufficiente per il prezzo pagato, non è molto varia ed inoltre le brioche ed il pane erano veramente immangiabili.

I highly recommend this hotel for several reasons. Our room was a standard double with all necessary amenities such as a pajama set, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed was just perfect with two pillows, one kabuki, and one soft pillow, and we had a refreshing sleep. The public bath was a bonus, and we could easily check its condition. We could also check if the laundry was in use from our room. The hotel is conveniently located across from the Nijo train station. There is a department store nearby with a grocery store as well.

Loved this hotel! No surprise it has such a high rating, the staff are very friendly and helpful, we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay here. The hotel even has an entirely free coffee counter which was really handy! As well as a whole section simply for amenities. It’s exceptionally clean and looks exactly how it does in the pictures. It’s also right opposite Nijo station which is really handy, only a few stops away from Kyoto. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Loved this hotel stay ! Our favourite hotel in our Japan trip - such a good price stay balanced with a luxury feel to the rooms and service we were provided with. Great literally opposite the station couldn’t be closer - perfect for getting around. The only thing I would advise as we liked going out late in the evenings it’s a longer walk or few train/ bus stops away from the central part of town - plus side it is nicer being in a slightly quieter end of town as Kyoto is extremely touristy !
