Wonderful location, right across street from the Kyoto Station, extremely convenient but surprisingly quiet. Great service. The only drawback is that the rooms were very very small.

This was a nice older hotel without a wheelchair accessible room so my daughter had to use the wheelchair accessible bathroom on the 4th floor. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were great. They are helpful to help our stay comfortable. They assisted with Yamato forwarding luggage services which were a huge relief for us. Concierge was looking hard to help us not have to switch rooms for our stay. I wasn't able to do that with Expedia's booking. The location is very convenience. Across Kyoto station, just cross the street and all the city bus stop there. This hotel does not have a laundry room.

Next to Kyoto station. Very convenient location. Rooms are spacious for a family of 4. Comfortable beds, nice got showers, friendly staff. They provided amenities such as robes, slippers, tooth brush, paste, comb, razors, … overall a very good stay and would highly recommend stay at this hotel.

Very convenient
The hotel was in front of Kyoto station. They held our luggage before chicken and after check out. The workers are very friendly. Breakfast bar is so many different variety of food, and tastes pretty good.

Hotel rooms are large enough for a family with kids, with plenty of spare space. The hotel itself is right across the Kyoto railway station, which has a large underground shopping/dining mall. The shopping center has an exit almost right in front of the hotel. This hotel is at a very convenient location.

Good hotel that is across the street from Kyoto Station so very convenient. We checked out and did some sightseeing and they stored our luggage until we came back in the afternoon.
