Great hotel! Affordable price, helpful staff, great location. The shared areas of the hotel were nice and updated. Our room was a little outdated as far as decor goes but it had a king sized bed and a flat screen and a fridge with a full bathroom. It was very clean and the staff was so accommodating. Easy to walk to the subway or a handful of restaurants and konbini. Would stay again!

Check-in staff at front desk was friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the hotel spa and mineral baths. Locker rooms were clean and the relaxation room was quiet. We also liked the variety of food choices you served at the buffet breakfast. Thank you for a nice stay!

Magnificent stay. This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. All staff were extremely helpful and even helped me contact the JR rail people after I left my passport on the train. The spa is amazing, and the location cannot be beat. I was genuinely sad to leave.

Great hotel with a great onsen

This was a great stay and we would come back here again for sure. We got the room with the king bed and i have never seen a king bed like this. It was gigantic! You could have easily put 4 people in there! It was also comfortable. We used the onsite onsen and it was wonderful. It had about 4-5 pools, one was cold which i loved and one was outside. It was very clean and very enjoyable and had many amenities. There was a restaurant on site, but we didn't eat there. There was a fridge in the room but it didn't have a freezer compartment.
