I lucked out coming here when my flight was canceled. Staff was great. All very helpful and accommodating. They were booked the following night but held my luggage and encouraged me to enjoy the facilities after I checked out. Nice pool, restaurant and very walkable. Near the mall and across from the beach. There was some construction on the property as they were remodeling, but it was not intrucive or noisy, just visible in one area. Highly recommend. Wish I could have finished my stay there.

You are paying for the location. The rooms are old, not well maintained, and dated for what you are paying. I enjoyed my stay. I have stayed in much cheaper places around Bali where the rooms were much nicer for less than half the price.

Me and my daughter have just spent a beautiful week here. Friendly, helpful and relaxed - but professional. The hotel has its own shop. The pool is beautiful, breakfast is great and the location is perfect. Despite the local so close to the Main Street in Kuta, it is quiet and protected. We will be back.

Location was the best hotel on Jalan Pantai. Kuta Beach across the road, Beachwalk Mall three minutes walk next door, hub of restaurants and so quiet from the buzz of traffic. Staff service standards friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast clean food standards and good quality of choices. The ambience of the grounds of gardens so beautiful and tranquil. I loved the resort very much , my only criitique they need to invest in new towels /bathroom linen are shabby /grey. I will return to this hotel and the pool is huge . Thank you Grand Instana Rama
