The abundance of staff at Bali Gardens made our stay very enjoyable, also the quality of the dining options was fantastic. On one side of the hotel you had the Boardwalk restaurant and bars with great views of the beach looking up towards Legian and Canngu and on the entrance side you had more great restaurants and shopping. Would also recommend this propery for families looking for a safe and enjoyable holiday with the kids.

Amazing property! Such beautiful gardens, awesome spot on the beach and the family rooms with courtyard are a perfect size for a family of four. Some many dining options as well as being so central to everything Kuta but still being peaceful! definitely bringing my family back again!

I would have given it a 5 star rating however it fell short as upon arrival at 9.30pm I was told there was no welcome drink or even water available as they do not provide welcome drinks ( nearly every resort in Bali does) and the water gets taken away at 8.30pm. The other thing was the spa, I opted for a hair treatment which is only done outside under one of the huts. However the hair washing chair was in full sun and is black leather so impossible to sit on. The poor ladies had to try and put up a sarong to filter the sun shining through. It was impossible and very uncomfortable and also being outside even under shelter it was hot and not relaxing at all. Other than the above the staff were amazing, the general hotel was great and the dining options were fantastic. I would def go there again and if those couple of small things addressed it would be a 5 star experience from start to finish.

We loved everything about Bali Gardens. It was conveniently close to the airport. There was a shopping mall in proximity. The service was excellent. Their staff was very friendly and very willing to help. They’re food was pretty good.. The facility itself was very nice on the beach with great accommodations. The pools and bar were amazing. We have nothing but great things to say about this place. We would definitely stay here again.
