Love the location, right next to Kumamoto station, with direct access to the tram station and to a shopping mall below. Room was spacious with a good view.

Warm & Friendly staff at the front desks, they are ever ready to assist. Lovely architecture and interior, different vibe, day & night. Carpark is spacious however I would like to suggest having a more prominent sign on where it is located, it took us awhile to figure out where to enter. Location is convenient. Highly recommend this hotel in Kumamoto

Wonderful hotel. Classy, clean and great ambiance. Offers great shopping options on several levels of the hotel. Right next to train station making everything so convenient. Nice hotel located on the upper floors of a shopping mall near the train station. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby and you easy to take the buses or trams to other places in kumamoto. I highly recommend the Blossom.

Overall it is a great place to stay. Only that there was dirt on the blanket sheet so I had to reduce the rating for cleanliness. The staff replaced the sheet for me quickly and it was all good.
