We thought the room was very comfortable, and the location was great for us. Have no comments on amenities, or eco friendliness, and didn't look around the entire property. We thought the breakfast was very good, and the room was very good value for the money. We didn't spend a lot of time in Kristianstad, but we liked what we saw.

An okay stay
The hotel is a short and easy walk from the station, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The room was clean but basic/dated. I’m unsure if it was a one off as I’ve not seen it mentioned in other reviews, but there seemed to be a nightclub very nearby as there was really loud music playing until 3am on both Friday and Saturday night (to the point where the room felt like it was vibrating) I would suggest taking earplugs/asking to not face the street if you are a light sleeper.

After the approach, it goes downhill
Beautiful building, super location, lovely staff. Unfortunately it ends here. The hotel needs a massive programme of refurbishment. the old girl is dying on her feet through lack of investment. I'm no keyboard warrior and I don't post negative reviews in general but this building, this location, these members of staff deserve a hotel they can be proud of. Right now it's a long way off.

Excellent hotel
Very nice hotel with some of the best customer service I’ve encountered. Rooms are comfortable - ours had the standard small European afterthought bathroom - and the property is well maintained with a lot of pride. Ask for room 116; it has its own private balcony which is great for people watching.

Nice hotel in Kristianstad
This was a surprising well kept hotel in a beautiful old building. I was expecting more to see in the area, so that part was disappointing. There also wasn't a lot of less expensive food choices close to the hotel. The breakfast was very good.

Old, but still OK
Single overnight stay. Comfortable enough, but hotel is getting old and has little atmosphere. Rooms are of OK size and clean. Breakfast buffet is OK, but not great. Overall a convenient place to stay, but not a hotel to visit for a great hotel experience.
