Our apartment was spacious, well equipped and well located in Krakow old town. Furnishings practical, rather than stylish. Good value for the price. Our apartment was a short walk from the office. We arrived around 02:00 and the hotel transfer taxi collected us from the hotel direct to the apartment. He gave us the key and welcome information. Very good service

Beds not very comfy one sheet for two mattresses sofa bed filthy kitchen was adequate and mold on bathroom ceiling. Lock on door was temperamental and no light going upstairs to the apartment. I would stay again on if I did not book the economy studio.

Had a great stay at P&J Apartments our only issue was that we thought we were in the centre near the main square but on arrival we ended up being allocated rooms that were near the Train Station a good 10mins walk away. These apartments were well equiped and very clean and modern.

Great location. Right near the main market square. The reception booked me transfers to and from the airport and was very well organised. The driver even came up to my room on my return journey back to the airport to see if I wanted help with my luggage. The stairs were a killer as I was on the top floor with no lift. The reception is not at the apartments so got dropped off at the reception and was given a map to the apartments. Not a problem but was 28 degrees heat and had to walk trying to find the apartment with my luggage and then climb 3 flights of stairs. All in all a great experience and I would stay here again.

Great area however the flat was not pictured accurately and management did not respond timely nor satisfactorily. 1) Driver showed us to wrong room and guy answered in his underwear 2) We were left waiting in hallway for 15 minutes for new keys. 3) We were not given address of apt after checking in. We didn’t realize it was a different address than the confirmation And could not find the flat next day. 4) Homeless man somehow got into our locked hallway and was sleeping there when we returned from dinner. 5) Flat had missing chunks of wallpaper in both rooms, very scuffed floors, scuffed walls, and worn furniture. Not as depicted in photos. 6) We expected some compensation from management. No response 24 hours after stopping by and then just a simple half-veiled apology when I contacted two more times.

We like the location because its near the main market square and almost everything is walkable. We don’t like it because the bed is uncomfortable, squeaky floors, windows can be seen from outside, toilet essentials are not available. Didn’t advise about Auschwitz should be booked in advance. Even no suggestions on any tours to book in advance to avoid delays.

Pros: Nice location situated close to the heart of Krakow's city center making it easy to explore the old-town on foot. I find this location superb! Cons: The absence of an elevator is a significant inconvenience. The furniture are also worn-out and a lot of missing basic amenities in the room, like hangers, extra toilet papers and toiletries. Noisy all the time.

It was right in the middle of the city center which was amazing. I definitely recommend staying here if you plan to explore the city, pretty much all of the buildings we wanted to see were less than a half an hour walk away.

The apt. Is right in old town great location! You have to park your car in a different location than the apartment. The big down side for us was the 5 flight of steps. Great if you are young, but we aren’t. The people where very helpful with parking and taking the luggage to our room.

Great customer service. Excellent location close to restaurants, main touristic pounts and train station. But there was no noise at all, as the apartment was in the back part of the building. It is a spacious and clean apartment. The bed was comfortable, but we didn't get used to the pillows. Overall, excellent!

very inconvenient if you have a car! Bloody impossible to find with standard rentacar GPS, and super complicated and inconvenient with parking, which is FAR away and also hard to find. The little dining table was dirty and sticky, there was no fan in the bathroom, and the mattress was terrible.
