This was an absolute gem of a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and words cannot convey adequately how fabulous everything was. From arrival on day 1 when the reception checked in our bags early so we could explore, to the final ride to the airport in a luxury Rolls Royce it was superb. I felt we paid a very reasonable rate for the room. The room was spacious and luxury. The tub amazing and the welcome prosecco a lovely touch. The view of the square was beautiful day and night. Glazing is good so we were not disturbed by the night time festivities on the square. Breakfast was substantial, tasty and plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely stay, facilities at hotel good. Room was amazing, beds very comfortable, superb shower and loved the bath in the room a lovely touch of luxury.. if i did have a niggle it would be litrle things like stains on carpet at entrance to room makes you feel first impression are off putting until.you walk in and see how beautiful it is. Breakfast could have been a little.healthier or more options but still nice.. staff eere amzaung would go out of way to be helpful. A big thank you for the extra effort for my granddaughter birthday Would definitely recommend and stay again

Excellent room which faced the main square. I was nervous it would be loud but it was completely sound proofed. Staff were friendly, arranged an airport pick up and gave restaurant recommendations and helpful advice. Breakfast was a buffet and then hot options made to order like pancakes and omelettes. Great walking distance to the main square and to the tram to get round. Would recommend the hotel 10/10 and will stay again if I visit Poland

The room was great. The hotel was right in the square with a window overlooking it. We stayed in the suite and it was perfect. The breakfast was superb and Olek was very helpful in telling us about the breakfast and all the options.

The staff were amazing from start to finish. The hotel is amazing and clean. The bed was comfy and the room was fantastic. The food in both restaurants was top not from the original polish experience to their Italian. And the pub was great for a relaxing drink. Will defo be revisiting ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful modern room. Double jacuzzi bath in room. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival, mini fridge restocked daily. We loved looking over the square and opening the windows and listening to the square noise. Staff were all very accommodating and found us an adapter to plug when we had forgotten ours. They were all very friendly. Nice breakfast provided. Hotel is in the perfect location we shall stay here again.
