This was a good location and clean and beautiful hotel. It seems newly renovated. We left some clothes in one of our rooms and have had difficulty getting them sent to us in the US. The staff at this facility said we were responsible for finding a device to package and pick up our items. Federal express said they could send a label but they cannot package the items. I called the general Holiday Inn customer service and they are helping with this situation. Hopefully we get our clothes. It was very surprising that the hotel would not take care of this for their guests.

The staff was AMAZING! We left some luggage with them for a couple of days as we explored other areas f Poland and Czech Republic. When we got back it was in our room. Best breakfast options ever. We were late getting back and tired. We ate in the restaurant there. Absolutely delicious. I would stay here and only here. Walked across the street and old town krakow with it beautiful park was right there.

This hotel is in a great position away from the main square but only a 6-8 minute walk. Our room was a premier room which was large, clean but the carpet in ours could have done with a refresh. Everything you need including toiletries, kettle and hairdryer. Quiet for a city hotel which was great after a long day. Great place to stay, would definitely recommend and the staff are friendly and helpful so all in all a great choice. Thank you

A fantastic hotel. Large room with a fridge and a kettle. A nice part of town (though slow to get to due to one way streets. And Krakow is really interesting.
