This was in a great location with easy walkability to a lot of local attractions. The room was very nice and clean, the kitchen and all the amenities were all great to have. I emailed with Olga to help make a change and she was very friendly and easy to work with.

Hard to fault. Apartment is in a fabulous location right in the centre of Krakow's Old Town. There are dining and takeaway options literally at your doorstep, and a short 10 minute stroll to Central Station and a huge shopping complex. The apartment itself was modern, clean and roomy. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again without hesitation.

A beautiful property just steps from the Main Square. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Air conditioning was nice to have in the summer. Many lively small restaurants on Bracka Street. I would highly recommend this property!

Stayed here for 4 nights with my two teenagers. We arrived late but we were given clear instructions on how to gain entry to our room. Hotel is in an excellent area, so close to the main square. Staff were very friendly, and even organised our private transfer and our trip to auschwitz. Would highly recommend.

This property is locating in the heart of "Stare Misto". Even though the building is very old, it has an elevator. But be prepare that you going to have a problem with internet connection: wi-fi with no internet and it is like different planet and no phone. Even to order car/ taxi, you need to go outside of the building. Everything else is very good: new, clean... Thank you
