The staff at this property was very pleasant and friendly from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. They responded quickly to any concern. I was unhappy with the property because it is outdated. The room I stayed in had an electrical fire and as a result we were placed in the senators suite, which was probably not used as frequently. Water in the toilet, sink and shower were brown. Bedsheets were dusty. Breakfast choices were also very limited. The beachfront property is beautiful and close to many stores/eats on the main strip.

Wonderful location and a beautiful property. Spa at the resort is great at a reasonable price. The bed is a little stiff, but overall that’s the only complaint. Would stay here again.

A very nice place to stay in Aonang beach.
Very nice resort in Aonang. Very comfortable, calm, nice pools, next to the sea/beach (quite private as away from the busy street) and nice view on the mountain. The personal is very helpful and agreable, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The firework show every night was amazing. Breakfast was diversified and generous.

Perfect location
The location of this hotel is perfect. Directly on the beach and a short walk away from the main street. The hotel is super clean and the staff can’t do enough for you - always friendly. You are at the opposite end (about a 30 minute walk) to the night market but we liked doing this. I would definitely go back and gave suggested it to lots of friends.

The property is beautiful but was disappointed with the room. Counters broken. Whole room was worn out and old. Also disappointed that our room was not being cleaned properly. The dishes and garbage left from night before and only bed being made.

Nice resort good location
Very good experience here. Booked sea view room had a slight view but was still nice. Great swimming pools. Im vegan and there werent many vegan food options at the resort so mainly ate out but we had a great stay here.

The grounds were good. Walking distances to everything. The staff was was great. The rooms need much updated very old. The worst part was the mattress has been one of the worst in a hotel.i have travel all over the world. The breakfast buffet needs much needed improvement.

Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are average and in need of some updates. Food at the restaurant was the worst Thai food we have had in the month we have been traveling. Wait staff were unfriendly and we had to wave down anytime we needed something. Alcoholic beverages we not cold.
