This hotel is old and dilapidated. The chalking in the bathtub area is filled with black mildews. The chalking around the wash basin in unprofessionally done. The bath tub water control needs a operational decal. The bath tub water control cap broke off. The wash basin water flow was weak. Bathroom exhaust is weak. The mini refrigerator was caked up with ice and need defrosting. After defrosting the drip pan was full off water making drainage challenging. This should have been done by the hotel staff and refrigerator should have been turned off or turned down with a reminder for visitors to turn on or turn up the refrigerator to their desired coldness. Air conditioner control was old with illegible worn out dial controls and manual toggle switches from 1970's, but the A/C was cold though. The lighting was very weak. there is not ceiling lamp or lighting. You need to turn on the LED bedside reading lamp if you need to read anything in your room. The floor carpet was dusty. Hotel elevators was old and small. Overall, I would not book this hotel again and I would not suggest anyone to book this hotel.

Pro: - Location is good next to shopping area. Cons: - Hotel staff tried to enter my room at late night around 23:00- midnight while I’m stayed alone in the room which very scary. - I could hear all the noise from room nearby. - No drinking water provides. - Room is old and not clean while curtains conditions is nightmare. - No customer service for staff at all levels and area. - My credit card have been charged 3 days prior stay without informing eventually I chose to pay on spot.

Not bad overall. It seems to be located in a very good area, with a lot of convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants & bars, and shopping malls within 5-15 mins walking distance. The room was a bit tight to be honest, with certain areas of the room needing repairs or renovation. Although, a good place to book if you're only looking for a place to stay in a prime location while in Hong Kong. Very affordable price.

I liked the area where the property is, but the beds felt like laying down on cardboard and the room was hot even when we set the temp to lowest and the fan to high. We complained and asked but nothing was done. There were also barely english speaking staff members.

The hotel was very in the central of Tsimshatsui. Well convenient to Metro and all the shopping areas. The bad part of the hotel was it's not noise concealed enough. You will hear people talking and opening, closing the doors. The room i stayed in was bit run down carpet had stains! The room itself was quite dim. The air-conditioning was very cold at night can't be turned.

Dirty room, very dated, towels threadbare, no ability to turn aircon off, shower and bath falling to bits with barely look warm water. No hot water in afternoon due to apparent cracked pipe etc etc

The location is great also the hotel staff is very professional, and the hotel lobby only shows the standard of this type of hotel, and the rest of the hotel requires complete renovation. The room I stayed in had stained and damaged floor coverings, and the bathroom was a tragedy for a hotel of this class: dirty stains on the walls, cracked tiles, the bathtub had visible damage to the coating, and many silicone seals to stop water leaks. Such a bathroom is not suitable for use in a hotel of this class & price. I have a membership in Best Western hotels, but it was the worst Best Western hotel I have ever stayed in, and this Plus supplement on hotel’s name is probably a joke because I saw almost only minuses.
