The staff were courteous and friendly on the whole (some more than others), the room was cleaned every day and the food was, by and large, pretty good, although we only had breakfast every day, the choice of which was fairly extensive. The hotel is in an excellent location and staying on the 24th Floor with a Kowloon Park and harbour view was wonderful, giving us a great outlook to the nightly laser show from the Island. Several lifts meant that we never had to wait too long for one, and we enjoyed the amenities in the bar every evening, being welcomed like old friends. As we were there to celebrate my birthday, we also took advantage of an excellent offer for afternoon tea, which was delicious. We would love to return there at some point.

Not sure is this is the hotel policy that there's no face towels provided plus the housekeeping lady didn't clean the coffee cups. Her explanation was because she found the tea leaves in the cup but didn't explain we can only use it for water or juice.

The breakfast offers very limited options. The taste is mediocre given that the price is not much lower than Hyatt Regency. I would not recommend eating there. The location is very convenient but it offers no amenities. The cleaningness is acceptable but I had to clean the room thoroughly myself on the first day of my stay to feel slightly more comfortable.

The room was very clean. The housekeeping were very pleasant and well mannered. There are always taxis parked in front of the hotel. It was very convenient after checking out and getting a taxi to the airport. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, when I'm in Hong Kong.
