Booked standard room, too noisy between neighbors and air con that rattled. Decided to upgrade to villa, which was less in need of a complete remodel but not worth the price. Huge bathtub you couldn't use because water pressure was too slow to fill, even after half an hour. I won't return, there's too many better choices

Good Quiet and walkable to all amenities. Rooms at building needs renovation. And bathroom badly design where shower in the bath tub overflows onto the floors making it wet and dangerous to falls! I had to place two towels on both ends of the bath tub to prevent water overflowing onto the floors each time we showered!

Really like this hotel but definitely needs some updating in the older part of the hotel, which is where we were. Leo did tell us they are doing some major renovations this coming May. But the hotel is very clean & lovely staff, would definitely stay there again. The pool is great.

A great hotel right next to the beach, pool area fantastic and in the centre of the resort. The only downsides for me were that the bar and restaurant were very expensive compared to the surrounding hotels and were therefore empty, also the bathrooms are ready for a makeover, but neither would deter me from staying there again

Nice little place and was very affordable. My girlfriend is very high maintenance and she even liked the room lol. She’s a brat. Anyways, the staff was super friendly and all the locals on this part of the island were fantastic. We loved our stay so much we even stayed an extra night (they gave us a discounted rate at the front desk) Only downside is there was some construction around the pool area, so it was kind of loud. We ended up staying at a pool down the street on our last day. Would stay here again!

There are many different levels of rooms at this property. After looking at the online photos, we were a little disappointed when we walked into our dark, mostly kinda clean, room overlooking the Main Street. It was pretty cheap, so it made sense afterwards. We really did spend much time in there and the double patio actually made it pretty quiet. We spent most of the time at the beach which they did rake every day and I doubt you’ll find any property on Lamai Beach that is perfectly free of beach garbage. The hotel staff was wonderful and really helped us with a travel problem we were having.

Staff were helpful and friendly my room was spacious but the bathroom was a bit dated breakfast wasn’t that great with the hot food cold perhaps if they had some lids for the trays the food came in it might have keep The food at least warm. the pool area was the best part of the resort leading on to the beach
