Their customer service is exceptional, our room was large and the private onsen was also very large. The kaiseki dinner was fabulous! We have been to many ryokan and would rate this the best value.

スタッフの皆さんから声掛けいただく機会が多く、対応がとても親切で丁寧で、気持ち良く過ごせました。部屋に付いているお風呂もとても広く、しかも掛け流し温泉で非常に快適です。大浴場は勿論気持ち良いですが、大浴場が混んでいる場合でもいつでも入りたい時に温泉に入れるのは最高でした。今回は年寄り2人でしたが、小さな子供連れでも他のお客さんの迷惑にもならずに一緒に温泉に入れるので、次は孫たちも連れて来ようと思いました。部屋は改装されて間もないようにとても綺麗でした。
