I was checked-in on Dec 31st and asked them for Spa. They said we are off on 31st and 1st., but they didn’t… They said lie…
Then they let me make a reservation for the 1st of Jan. and after that they called me in the midnight and cancelled it without explain the reason!!! Night shift staff didn’t know English well. Most of the staff in hotel were polite, but they couldn’t explain me the reason of their strange behaviour and mismanagement.
The Spa management who is a third party and out of the hotel was extremely rude, but I’m not sure who was decision taker in my story. It seems Spa services don’t work for foreigners as long as they worked well for the other rooms and guests during my stay!!! No, I’m not an ox with two horns on my head. I’m just a human, speak English and Japanese, but with different face and nationality…
If you are a foreigner, please consider well before making reservation for this property…There are so many nice hotels in Kobe. They always welcome foreigners. I hope you’ll never have such horrible experience during your life.
In one word, this hotel doesn’t welcome foreigners and you know what does it mean!!!
