お値段相当。
10人ドミトリーを2つ利用。 BBQをしない方は、夜の6時〜9時はかなりの騒ぎ声がして、落ち着かないので、その間はくら寿司で夕食。午後9時過ぎに戻るようにしています。 以前は泊り客の翌日プライベートビーチ利用は無料でしたが、今年は午後1時まで1人500円、それ以降も利用するなら更に500円になっていました。 狭いビーチで、直ぐに急に深くなるので、子どもさんは注意が必要です。 　 また、一日中BBQのお客様で、ビーチは混雑しています。昼間はジェットスキーが遊泳区間に出入りしますので、それが1番危険。 5年連続で利用していますが、それなりに施設は老朽化しています。昨年は4人部屋でしたが、一番使い易いのは10人ドミトリーですね。道路沿いなので電車と車やバイクの走行音が気になるので、耳栓を持っていきます。 　 また、近隣にコンビニが全くないので、持ち込み用の飲料やおつまみは、スーパーで買って行くのがおすすめです。 　 さいしょの頃よりも、スタッフサービスが落ちているのは感じます。 　 BBQがフル回転で午前、午後、夜とかなりの人数が量するので、スタッフはそちらにかかりきり。 　 ちなみに宿泊客用の、パラソルなどは、貸し出しがないので、日焼け用の簡易テントは、必須アイテムです。

75点かなー。満足してますけど。
明石駅近辺で安く泊まれるホテルを探しました。ほぼ希望通りの、海外にあった様なゲストハウスで、しかも貸切状態だったのが有り難かったです。ひとつ難を言うなら近くを電車が通るため朝方早くに目が覚めます。 レンタル耳栓があれば良かったですかね。 あとはBOXティッシュを常備してもらえたら快適ですね。

年に一度訪れています。
毎年夏に宿泊していますが、今年は残念ながら雨でした。 ドミトリーは快適な広さで、コンセントもあり十分寝られます。共有冷蔵庫もあります。 　 ただ、今回は廊下のスペースに砂が多数上がり込んでいたんで、簡易なモップなどがあれば良いと思いました。 　 海を見ながらの朝食は、いつも美味しいです。 　 雨が酷かったので、海に入りませんでしたが、舞子公園の観光地巡りをして楽しめました。

眼前の海と橋は絶景。建物は内装も外観もハワイの海沿いにあるビーチハウスのような雰囲気で、シーズンオフだったからか客の数も少なくドミトリーでシンガポールからきた女2人だけだったのは楽しくリラックスできた。

リーズナブルにオーシャンフロント気分が味わえます
目の前が明石海峡大橋を望む海というロケーションです。 天気の良い日なら景色も楽しめると思います。 男女共用ドミトリーは各ブースがカラフルに色分けされていて分かりやすく、構造もしっかりしていて高さ・広さも十分で清潔です。 2階のカフェレストランのキャッシャーがゲストハウスのフロントを兼ねています。 タオル類は持参した方が良いです。 近隣にスーパー・コンビニはありません。 カフェレストランで食事を取ることも出来ます。 夏場・週末はバーベキュー客で賑わっているようです。 私が滞在した夜も盛況で、周辺に香ばしいにおいがただよっていて煙かったです。（室内に入れば問題ありません）

편하게 이용했습니다.
주변에 회전 초밥 식당도 있고, 커피샵도 있지만 편의점은 보지 못했습니다.　음료는 근처의 자판기를 이용하면 되고요.　2층에서 식사와 음주가 가능합니다. 침대가 넓은 편이어서 불편함은 없었고요.　머리를 두는 쪽이 차와 열차가 다니는 쪽이어서 약간의 소음이 있긴 했지만 불편할 정도는 아니었습니다. 화장실도 깨끗했고, 샤워실의 수압도 좋았습니다.

ビーチに近いナイスな宿
ロケーションは最高◎ 二階がバー&レストランで飲み会問題ナシ◎ 部屋、シャワー、トイレ、諸々きれい◎ 駐車場あり◎ 全体的に洒落てるので居心地良き◎ フォトジェニ要素盛り沢山なのでそういうの好きな人にはハマると思います。

ロケーション最高！国道沿いのため、車の通りが気になりますが、目の前の景色は圧巻！オーナーさんは最初はクールな印象でしたが、話すと気さくで親切とても感じが良かったです。早起きして目の前のプライベートビーチでボーッと。。。本当に気持ち良かったです。
