The hotel is pretty good in general. Good food in the main restaurant. The rooms are very nice, The check in and check out processes were too slow. More than an hour in the check in and almost an hour in the check out. The main pool floor in bad and dangerous conditions for the feet.

The food at the resort is quite expensive the little town is just right there with lots of dining options and personally felt it was better tasting outside the resort activities are expensive as well just plan on spending a lot to come here and really explore.

Bad price-quality option
Very bad price-quality option. It is very expensive for the type of rooms you get and the overall experience. We had cockroaches in one of our two bedrooms and the air conditioners broke during our stay. They have an app to handle most of the island experience, but it is not very user friendly. Transportation in and out of the island is handle by a third party company which make it difficult to book or arrange with good prices or different schedules. Nonetheless, the service and attention from all the staff was awesome, and they were very attentive and helpful.

Couldn’t fault buffet breakfast, views, layout, friendliness off staff or location of resort. However internet connection and Saii app navigation wasn’t great resulting in having to walk everywere because it was hard to organise a buggy. Other restaurants were average and didn’t reflect price they were charging.
