Tiny House

The Mapleleaf Tiny House is a farmhouse styled home in the countryside. While you are living small, it is designed to make the space feel large with a beautiful outdoor patio only steps from the front door. We hope that you feel at home and at peace here.

Inside, it features a loft room with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom with a shower, a bar-styled dining nook, an equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed (please know this sofa bed is small and probably only suitable for children :). All sheets, pillows, and bedding are provided with your stay, and we hope you will enjoy the fan and low lighting in the loft while you sleep. The bathroom is furnished with towels and soap, and the kitchen includes cooking utensils for four people. The Mapleleaf's living room has easy access to a TV as well as books and other forms of entertainment. The patio has a firepit and landscaping to experience the outdoors steps away from your home. Lastly, the Mapleleaf is also equipped to help our guests that are working remote with a workspace with a view.
Make yourself comfortable in your cottage. There's a private patio. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.

Awesome
Only stayed one night, it worked perfectly. Slept 3 of us perfectly and the fold out couch was super comfortable as well! Very clean and only 15 minutes from the main part of Knoxville. Easy check-in and check-out process. On the very end of a road in a nice neighborhood so it felt very secluded and safe.

Very quaint setting, but not isolated
I’ve stayed here before. Last August with my husband who recently passed away. I needed a place full of memories to celebrate my first anniversary of our 32nd anniversary without him. I enjoyed my time. If you’re looking for a place to getaway from it all, I don’t think this place would work for you because it’s in the back of a neighborhood. Also, the cleaning company that this owner uses really doesn’t do a good job. There was only one roll of TP and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were almost empty. Same with the hand soap dispenser. Fortunately I made it work and brought my own stuff, but I did have to go buy TP. It’s a really nice & quaint tiny house if you’ve never stayed in one.

Perfect Couple Getaway!
This tiny house was sooo cute! It was clean, comfy, and very hospitable! We had zero issues. With traffic, we were about 20-30 minutes from Neyland Stadium & had the BEST time for a little romantic getaway. We’re hoping to book again whenever we come to Knoxville next!

Peaceful Place
Spent 3 wonderful days making sweet memories of simplicity and solitude together. The only thing that was a drawback was behind the tiny house was a neighborhood. Fortunately, it was quiet. But I’d you’re looking for an isolated place, this isn’t it.

Comfy and Cozy
We stayed here for a quick trip away to Knoxville. The tiny house was a short drive to all the sites we wanted to see, but far enough from the city that we could have a quiet and peaceful stay! Very cozy and the interior is decorated so cute :)
