This hotel had very friendly staff and spacious rooms/bathrooms. Unfortunately, it's on a major road and we heard fire trucks, police and loud cars all night long.

The property and staff are wonderful. The rooms are large with plenty of storage which you don’t find in most hotels and everything was spotless. The restaurant was also pretty decent. The one drawback is the downtown area of Knoxville is not that great, But I’m from Chicago so take it at face value.

Driving from tx to ny. I arrived a day after computer outage, and the staff only kind of tried to be accommodating. Not very successful. Young person did not fully appreciate the inconvenience of not having a key card. And did not really help me w luggage or cart. Disappointed
