I called early to let them know I was gonna arrive late. Usually I will get checked in because I’m going to arrive after the order is done whenever I arrive there at five in the morning the night auditor or the Front Desk. Immediately said that you cannot find my reservation. I’ve been driving all night for 10 hours. I had an old lady that had to take insulin with me and me and my girlfriend were exhausted. The point of me calling earlier so I could be checked in so I could just pick up my keys and go straight to sleep to check out at 11 AM instead I have to teach him how to do things because I myself am in the hospitality industry. He was acting like he was doing me a big favor by checking me in. Staff needs better training in customer service and common sense I should’ve been checked in then the audit is run, since it’s a one night nonrefundable reservation very frustrating

The guy at the front desk was the nicest person I’ve ever dealt with in my travels. Sorry to say I can’t remember his name but he was super helpful checking me in, getting me a parking pass, informing me about the airport shuttle… the room was clean, quiet and private and I enjoyed my stay.

Super close to airport. Shuttle doesn't start until 8am. We needed to be at airport at 6 am and they had someone there to drive us over! Also took a couple before us 5:45. We didn't have a car and we were able to walk to get dinner

Decent stay and in line with LaQuinta quality
Hotel was clean & convenient to the airport. They guy that checked us in was fabulous (Wed nite before thanksgiving). I'd stay there again even though we had a few issues. Our room heater wasn't regulating, so we had to keep shutting it on & off. Also the water didn't get very hot. Breakfast was so-so.
