Lovely Gem
Even though the property had no hot water available for the stay, we LOVED this experience nonetheless and would choose this hotel again. It was so charming, cute and quaint but spacious, quiet and comfortable. We only had drinks (unique and delicious) in the hotel’s restaurant but would eat there next visit.

HOT WATER OUT & NOT REFUNDED WHAT I WAS PROMISED
They called to inform me the day before check-in that the hot water was out. They promised me a 25% discount if I kept my reservation. They still charged me the full amount even though I asked about it at check-in then I called and they told me they would refund the discount. She told me 15% and I informed her the may it was supposed to be 25%. First they tried to charge my card for the amount instead of refunding it. Then, they refunded it and it was not 25% like they promised. I’m done calling about it. I took a cold shower and did not receive what I was promised. I would also like to know how the restaurant was still running if the building had no hot water.

Property is super clean and new. Staff are very pleasant and where readily available when needed. High end luxury in the center of Knoxville with plenty around to do. Can’t wait to come back, the Presidential Suite is top notch!

We love this hotel! Spacious room, beautifully appointed. Bathroom is like a spa. Staff is extraordinary and attentive without being imposing. Four rooms per floor. The best breakfast croissants, fruit, juice & coffee every morning in spectacular lobby on every floor. And the location: unbeatable. Wife and I are DEFINITELY coming back!

Lovely Boutique Hotel
This place is a tiny slice of Parisian flare on busy Gay St. it's lovely and cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed our beautiful room and the cocktails in the bar. Croissants for breakfast were 5-star.
