The staff was all wonderful. The front desk people George and Elane were excellent at their jobs. Great food at this hotel. Location is above town a pretty good hike down and back but they are also more then willing to drive you wherever you need. They pick us up at train station right on time. Spectacular pool big and beautiful. Restaurant servers have real class. Views are beautiful from hotel.

Hotel with nice staff
Hotel is a 20 minute downhill walk into town. Rooms aren’t modern but they are clean and relatively comfortable. I was provided with one bottle of water for four nights. No coffee or tea maker in the room. I stayed in the new building on the first floor. My room had a balcony to the outside but it was basically looking out to the entrance and driveway so I had no privacy and had to keep the curtains drawn. Staff at the front desk was nice and helpful and it’s great that they have a shuttle into town part of the day. I would skip the breakfast as it tends to be crowded, food was picked over, and I witnessed the waitstaff mocking guests. After finding a table you have to navigate through the swarms if people to get coffee, juice, breakfast and in some cases silverware. The bar area is relaxing, cocktails were nice and bar staff was very professional. Pool was overcrowded when I was there and the water temp wasn’t very warm. Overall it’s a three star hotel experience.
