As a part of the Southern Shores community, enjoy 33 beach access walkways, athletic courts, three marinas with a boat launch, a kayak launch, a pavilion, a playground, a grilling area, and many other natural green spaces. When you aren't spending the day at the beach, check out some of the area's local attractions like Lost Treasure Golf, the Wright Brothers National Memorial, and Outer Banks Kayak Adventures.
Upon entering Bel Isle, you'll quickly take notice of the wood-lined interior, gorgeous window views, and open layout. The living room provides a cozy space to gather and watch movies. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped for your culinary adventures with its full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space. The five bedrooms are all decorated with nautical mementos and cooled by central air, ensuring everyone's comfort.
The screened-in porch is a great space to read, dine, and enjoy marvelous sunrise and sunset views. And the upstairs TV space boasts a work desk, ideal for remote workers. A private washer/dryer and collection of board games tie together Bel Isle's interior amenities.
As the sun begins to set over paradise, head outside and walk on the beach while watching the sunset's orange, yellow, and pink hues fill the sky.

The condition of beach walkways, decks, and stairs changes quickly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration. We make every effort to maintain the accurate status of home amenities but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unexpected changes to the coastline.
Dare County homes: Occupancy limited to (10 = to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations.
