Disappointed that there was no microwave, safe box, bags in the garbage cans or delivery of food to room. Staff was polite and helpful. Overpriced for the experience provided. I expected more from a higher quality hotel.

The battery on our room door was not functioning. Instead of giving us a different room, we had to play a game every time we wanted to get into our room where staff had to find the battery pack to Hotwire our door. Very frustrating. We were there for four nights and had to do this EVERY night. They kept saying maintenance would fix it. Gave us a free breakfast as consolation. It added 15 to 40 minutes each night to get in. They said they would comp a room night but next morning said they couldn’t because it was booked through Expedia. Very disappointing. Staff were nice enough but unable to fix this problem of which they all seemed to be aware. Perhaps owners need to invest more in the property to allow for proper maintenance. People need to be able to get into their rooms whenever they want - it’s pretty basic.

Beautiful property close to University of Guelph. Walkable and convenient. Room was lovely! Appreciated the complimentary water and large spacious bathroom! Would certainly stay again!
