All the cleaning Ladies were pleasant and friendly when we were in the hallways. It would have been nice to have the heads up there was going to be a crane and construction crew on site before 8am. It was right outside our window. They were doing roof work. Sort of ruined much chance of a sleep in, which is often the point of a hotel. Otherwise it was good, clean and did the trick.

Very close to St Jacob and the outlet stores. There were lovely walking trails nearby and it was conveniently located close to the highway. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and it was obvious renovations have been done recently.

It was just a nice friendly, clean and hotel. It was convenient to shopping, dining options outside of the property, transportation if needed convenient to many restaurants. What was unusual is that only breakfast was available on the property, no lunch or dinner options. What I want to emphasize is the quality of the staff. They were very personable and efficient. If for no other reasons, I would definitely return to this hotel because of the staff. They were efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I loved everything about the hotel, but I must emphasize that the staff was efficient, kind and knowledgeable. I hope they are well paid.
