The staff is friendly and helpful. They have luggage transfer service, taqbin, to my next hotel (with a charge). When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in. Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly. You use a machine which can display in japanese english, chinese and korean to check in/out (with the staff help)

If you need a place to sleep near yhe train station at a value, but not too much more, this could be a place. Seemingly limited facilities and dining on the premises. But a nice breakfast included. There was rice, teri hamburger patties, chicken, pickled vegetables, Miso soup, cabbage salad, macaroni salad, fresh cherry tomatoes, kimpira, tea, coffee, juice, and water.

An ordinary business hotel
The breakfast was not very attractive at all, even though it was included with the price. Very poor and you have to eat at the lobby without any partition just beside the entrance. Finally, I didn’t eat it and went out for breakfast.

スタッフの方が最悪なホテルです。チェックインで15分以上待たされました。 また、会員カードの勧誘がしつこく、入会しないとチェックイン対応に来たはずのスタッフの方が無視して次の方の勧誘に行ってしまいます。会員カードに入るか否かで優先順位を変えられます。その後も会員カードを作らない方はと何度も強調される上に、数分前に会員カードの勧誘をしてきた方が会員カードはお持ちかと問うてくる始末です。 フロントの方がチェックイン対応をおざなりにして、勧誘に熱心なのはいかがかと思いました。こちらとしては、会員カードの入会特典よりはチェックインの説明を聞きたいです。
