Located in the heart of the stunning 'Artists Town' Kirkcudbright, this beautiful, newly renovated apartment is both luxurious & spacious .

New to the holiday let market, the apartment is centrally located and ideally situated to explore everything Kirkcudbright & the surrounding areas have to offer.

With stunning & spacious sitting room & kitchen, the property also has 3 bedrooms to sleep 5, a gorgeous traditionally styled bathroom with free standing bath & a second luxurious shower room.

The space
Located on St Mary Street in Kirkcudbright, the self contained entrance to the apartment is located in a traditional & charming old Scottish 'Close'.
Turn the key and you will be greeted with a lovely entrance hall with stylish tiled floor, the automated stair lighting will welcome you and light your way to the first floor.
On the first floor you will find the kitchen & dining area, utility room, sitting room, single bedroom & main bathroom.

The modern, light and bright kitchen and dining area has all the mod cons you could possibly need, and, is perfect for social meal preparation. Unwind with freshly ground coffee in the morning from the Espresso machine and enjoy mealtimes in this beautifully decorated space.

The sitting room is a spacious and welcoming room, relax with an evening glass of wine after a day discovering the area, enjoy family games night, a night in front of the TV, or, choose a book from the 'reading nooks' built into the chimney breast.

The single bedroom is tastefully decorated with good storage space, the lit built in nightstand nook means that everything you need will be close at hand.

A traditionally styled bathroom can also be found on the first floor, the free standing bath is the perfect spot for a long soak in this relaxing environment.

Climb the stairs to the second floor where you will find a king and double bedroom and shower room.

Both bedrooms have a super comfortable mattress, are beautifully decorated, and, with 'built in' black out blinds a good night sleep will be had by all!

The shower room on the second floor has a large walk-in shower with amazing shower head, gorgeous floor to ceiling tiles and built-in vanity unit.

The apartment as a whole has been renovated to an extremely high standard with wonderful attention to detail, each item has been carefully curated and often features work from local artists.

Due to the layout and location of the apartment we unfortunately do not accept pets.

The Kirkcudbright museum is full of interesting artifacts The Kirkcudbright Art Gallery and Cafe Showcasing Local Artists with regular exhibitions including The Galloway Hoard found right here in Kirkcudbright. The Cocobean offers plenty of family fun including a large outdoor play park and indoor soft play combined with chocolate making and Cafe.

Fabulous apartment !!!! Will stay here next time....
This apartment couldn't be nicer. THE DECOR! OMG. The entire apartment must have been recently and completely renovated. Everything is very clean, stylish and updated.....furnishings, decor, bathrooms, including the kitchen which was very well stocked with everything you would need to make meals. Complete with both french press/cafetiere and espresso maker. Comfortable beds, nice towels. The location is right on one of the main streets in Kircudbright. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Owners surely take an immense pride in this home.

Lovely accommodation Although thought this time off the year not being able to check in until 16:00 and checking out on a Sunday by 10:00 maybe should be reconsidered. Great having a dishwasher although dishes etc not dishwasher compatible?? Overall enjoyed our stay
