Guest Review for Tropical Manor Inn
I regret to share my disappointing experience during my stay at Tropical Manor Inn. Despite making a confirmed reservation and arriving after 7 PM, I had to wait approximately two hours for the security personnel to verify that I had already paid. This was an unnecessary delay that could have been avoided with better communication and preparation.
Additionally, I was not informed in advance about the requirement for a deposit for the room key and remote control, which caused further inconvenience. Upon being assigned a room, I was disheartened to find that it was not cleaned, the television was non-functional, and the Wi-Fi was inaccessible. Due to these issues, I had to request a room change.
Moreover, the surrounding area seemed unsafe, with a notable risk of encountering incidents like robbery, which heightened my concern for personal safety.
I hope the management will address these issues promptly to ensure future guests have a more positive experience. A focus on improving communication, room readiness, and safety measures would significantly enhance overall guest satisfaction.
