I visit Courtleigh at least 4 times per year, unfortunately I don’t recall giving a review. I had to this time around since I was forced to extend my stay October 27 because of hurricane Melissa. I’ll start out with the friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. Miss Powell consistently makes me feel valued and ensured I’m okay. Danelle, Jevon, Shajianna-Kay, were simply awesome as usual. Tatiana was not there throughout the hurricane, but she’s awesome. The doorbell guys, mainly Craig, great. I have to give special recognition to Christine in the restaurant. She always delivers good service, but I have to say during the hurricane she way a cut above the rest. She went all out to help whoever she could and I was well pleased with her service. Joseph, Charmaine, and Ventrece, are also great workers. Donnette, definitely needs some training. She doesn’t quite know how to communicate with her guests. At least that was my experience, and my sister who is a regular there had the same experience. The food is always great, hotel is very clean, and overall it’s my favorite hotel in Kingston. Really love it there Home away from home.

The front desk staff at the courtleigh is exceptional!. Always smiling and very accommodating. Patrick in the bar has the brightest smile and the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel in Jamaica. Looking forward to my next business trip to kingston.
