The front desk staff is very courteous and nice. Nevertheless, the hotel has less amenities every time we stay there. They have no pool now, and other little details in the room, but the worst part is the bed. The mattress feels like an inflatable one and the pillows get flat once you lay your head on them. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice, but unfortunately the hotel it’s turning into a Howard Johnson or a low quality one. Too sad. Again, my kiddos to the staff for making the difference.

The staff is very kind. Everyone from the receptionists to the kitchen staff that helps out with breakfast is a pleasure. There’s a tall older gentleman that works the breakfast shift and showed our son how to use the pancake maker, he was very nice and accommodating to us at all times. The receptionists were great as well. One was kind enough to show our son how the keycards are reprogrammed when we extended our stay by a day. Everything else during our stay was relatively expected, we usually book holiday inns when we travel because they’re affordable and consistent. However the stand out at this one by far was the service. It was our first time in Kingston and it was great, but what really made the difference was the staff here. 10/10 service would recommend to anyone, especially families. Give everyone a raise and a vacation.
