The entrance of the hotel, it’s really dissapointed. To get the door, you have to go through the garage. The way to get through the patio, it’s a very uncomfortable. It a shame that a Marriott hotel has these bad conditions in the main entrance, and in the pass to the patio.

Everything about this hotel was top-notch. Because the excellent restaurant is located next to the lobby, there is a sense of excitement as soon as you enter. The fact that the hotel is practically surrounded by water is certainly a deciding (and defining) feature.

This hotel is very well located in downtown Kingston right on the Lake Ontario waterfront and is within walking distance to many attractions. All rooms have a view of the lake or Marina. There is an excellent restaurant and bar located in the hotel. Our waiter, Marco was very professional and helped make our anniversary dinner memorable. We were not overly impressed with the room and we had a problem that was quickly resolved by Amber. All staff were professional and friendly.
