The only good thing about the hotel is the location but not worth it considering the quality of rooms and cleanliness. For a comparable price it would’ve been worth staying in a higher quality hotel in the area. My room was messy and there was hair everywhere. I went to make coffee in the morning and there were leftovers from the people that stayed there before me. At least rinse the pot and make it convincing that it was cleaned. The bathroom condition was the worst part. It was either missed in cleaning or cleaned in 10 seconds or less. One of the towels wasn’t even folded, just tossed up on the rack. I asked to check in an hour early but was told to come back at check in. This isn’t a problem but the problem is that I waited just to come back to a dirty room? At this point it would’ve been the same if the people who stayed before me just gave me their keycard on the way out. I am disappointed for how much I paid for this hotel and for the experience I got. At least the view was nice.

We stayed two nights - Nov 1st and 2nd. My son found a cannabis/THC vape pen underneath the centre bed's skirt on the floor. Despite repeated communications that weekend, and throughout this following week with Confederation Place - not a single response, nor any indication of concern has been given (except by the checkout agent when I showed her pictures and described the situation -- but no follow up by anyone) . As I had described - if a younger child had found the vape pen, it could have resulted in a trip to KHSC Emergency.
