Our luxurious villa is fully furnished with high end finishings. Walk into a hall that draws you to our light filled great room that has a dining area and large sitting area. The kitchen has a center island that seats four, a pantry and a fully applianced cooking area.

Adjacent is a inviting screened porch that has dining for six and comfortable casual seating. Enjoy the sunsets and entertaining on the porch.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a sleep number mattress with great natural light. Adjacent in the master bath which included a tub and large walk in shower. There is a double vanity and a private bath. There is a spacious master closet,

The laundry room backs up to the master closet and has washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The guest room is off the entry as is the guest bathroom There is a queen bed and large bureau with mirror. The guest bath a large tub and shower.

There is a garage for two cars and and a garage opener.

The subdivision is well kept and has a dedicated pool and gym.
