I was curious to see how a 1960s motel fared in today’s environment. Obviously the price was very good and the motel look like what I thought it would. My only concern was that I didn’t know about the railroad tracks across the street. Had I’ve known I would’ve brought better earplugs, but that being said it was good.

Sometimes you find one of these independent motels and you’re not sure what you’re going to get…and sometimes reviews can mislead. I found Ramblin’ Rose to be a clean safe place for a good night’s sleep. It’s budget friendly, offers plenty of parking, and is easy to find. The only problem is train traffic, although it seemed to stop by 11pm or so. I’d stay again if in the area.

This is a budget motel, but I was impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. I know where I’ll be staying when passing through Kingman from now on

The room was clean but very dated. The sheets didn’t fit the bed and kept coming off. There was no hair dryer, but for the price it’s to be expected. The staff was very helpful. There is a train that runs close but it want to loud.

Rambling Rose is an older, very basic, Rte 66 motel that was more than adequate for our overnight needs. Young man at front desk was personable and helpful in his knowledge of area restaurants. Would return if we were passing through again.
