Take a short half-mile bike ride to the beach to one of the best public beaches with updated showers and restrooms. With this location, you are less than three miles from the Avalon Fishing Pier, grocery stores, and restaurants.
Your private backyard offers a bubbly hot tub, a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues, and a nice oversized deck to unwind and relax. Inside this hexagon-shaped home, you will find a homey open floor plan with beach-themed decor throughout. Problems!!!
Beware of cockroaches!! Although we love the look of this house, there were a lot of problems. One of the queen beds broke just from sitting on it and we had to sleep with the middle completely sunken in. It was fixed the next day, but not until 9:45 at night until like 10:45. And It was loud! The plumbing backed up and we had to try to fix it ourselves. The hot tub was nice, but the deck seems very old and you will need shoes while walking on it. There were old chairs by the fire pit and 2 were completely broken. The grass was so high! There was also bags of trash in the back next to the hot tub in the shower. Although we had a good time despite these things, the house definitely needs some work!

Perfect Girls Weekend
Four adults fit comfortably at this adorable property!
The kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable and the walk to the beach / downtown was lovely. We also loved the hot tub (while we did not use the firepit, I do appreciate that wood was left at the property and we did not have to buy ourselves).
The only thing I would say needs to be noted as a "keep under advisement" is that the lovely center seating in the photo was very uncomfortable for long-term sitting, (like playing a board game or watching TV) which was disappointing as it is the main room in the house - but also was somewhat expected based on the photos.
