Truly and amazing condo in a beautiful location. Martha was a phenomenal host and checked in via text with us a couple days after arriving. The condo has absolutely everything you need for a Maui vacation. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, kids beach toys and beach towels. The pool was big, clean and warm! Thank you again, Martha!

This is my second stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale. I love the location and the grounds. This property was exactly as described. I appreciate the unscented cleaning products. The bed and pull out couch were both comfortable. The complex is quiet, peaceful and family friendly. The kitchen was well equiped.

Martha was a very diligent manager who worked quickly to resolve a couple of issues. The unit was well provided for so all we had to buy was food. Very friendly community of neighbors when we were there.

Great location!
Perfect accommodations for a couple! Location is great so no need to rent a car unless you want to explore the island. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and beautiful beach front access. Would definitely recommend water shoes and snorkels to see all the beautiful turtles both sunning themselves on the beach and floating around in the water. Martha was very easy to communicate with and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We’ll be back!

This was a nice property and had ample amenities. The only issue and this has nothing to do with the property other than location, was the wind. The wind always blows in north Kehei. The property was clean and very nice. We will definitely look there again. Martha was easy to deal with. Nice lady for sure.

Incredible place to stay. Close to the best fish tacos, fresh smoothies, and the beach is a hop skip and jump - the best sunsets. 25 min walk into town! Great to be just on the outskirts.

Pros: excellent location, right on the beautiful gorgeous beach, excellent swimming pool, everything is close: restaurants, market, powerhouse gym, shave ice, ect. Cons: GOT BITTEN BY BED BUGS, YES BED BUGS, thought it was a spider but saw it when I was stripping down the bedding - lots of problems with the TV's, did not get Netflix up and running till the night before check out,- contract says there may be equipment problems and possible bugs, I have never seen or experienced a bed bug in my life, came home to wash everything in sanitation mode in my washing machine, contacted Martha, property manager after leaving no response as not now We have been to all the Hawaiian Islands 15 times but first time had problems with bed bugs, had to look it up to know what I thought I was seeing was really bed bugs, I feel that the TV problems could have been prevented by testing things before our arrival, bed bugs should have been address prior to our stay as well,

Week of Maui fun!
The condo was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of room for us and our kids. The air conditioner in the bedroom was very helpful at night as it was a bit humid. All the kitchen amenities we needed were right there. Lots of supplies like cooking spray, ziplock bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We really enjoyed the added amenities and made full use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkel gear. We also found the drying rack on the balcony super useful. This place had everything we needed! As for the grounds of the property, everything was great. The pool was very clean and the grounds well maintained. The beach was very nice. Sea turtles on the beach every early morning and swimming along the shore in the afternoon. The water was pretty calm and the beach never crowded. Lots of shells and coral for beach combing. And the sunset views were awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and condo is well supplied with everything you need for the beach and the pool. Very clean. It looks like there are repeating long term residents and people are very friendly. The only thing I missed is in unit wash and dryer.

Great location in Kihei right on the beach
The property was very nice for the week. It was a great central location to get to our excursions like the Molokini Crater snorkeling trip (which meets at the Kihei Boat Launch), the Road to Hana, or hiking at the Hoapili Trail to Keawanaku Beach. We also visited the Iao Valley State Park area near Wailuku. The property has 3 nice gas grills and a pool. And central laundry. Beach access is right there! Our unit had everything we needed, beach towels, a cooler, snorkel equipment (we used our own) and a fully equipped kitchen. We'd stay there again! We didn't need to talk to the property manager about anything.

We got to our condo and everything went very smoothly, didnt have to ask for help with anything. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. The location is great for paddleboarding in the mornings. A nice, quiet location :)
